Junior Recruiter

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role is to recruit, interview and place candidates in temporary, temporary-to-hire or direct hire positions. The Junior Recruiter will contribute to sales, marketing, and sales goals by individually driving recruitment, placement and sales results.

Source, Recruit, Interview and Hire Candidates:

* Conduct reference calls on each eligible candidate.
* Conduct in-person interview of candidate and determine to hire.
* Manage flow of candidates to meet targets.
* Work directly with Account Manager to establish individual activity and result expectations.


Place and Manage Candidates at Client Companies:

* Identify top Candidates (MPC's)
* Conduct daily, weekly and monthly quality check calls to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
* Monitor individual client expectations and implement appropriate service levels to meet and exceed clients' needs.
* Document and maintain all candidate and client information in systems as appropriate.
* Work with candidates to ensure they are paid accurately and timely.
* Develop career plan for candidate to help support their employment objectives.
* Work directly with Account Manager to establish individual activity and result expectations.


QUALIFICATIONS:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels within client organizations, candidates, internal colleagues and management.
* Able to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals.

 Account Manager

With a position in Account Management at AEC Resources, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and managing recruiters on your team. You will enjoy leading and managing your desk. Account Manager is responsible for delivering superior customer service for each client while growing business in assigned territory. 

The focus of this position is on business development. Account Manager will have overall responsibility for development of new and existing accounts, and will be expected to increase revenues through direct field sales and maintenance activities and public relations activities/networking; and by working with the AEC Resources staff to ensure a standard of excellence for optimal servicing of accounts 

The successful candidate will have proven prior experience in business to business sales, have examples of progressive sales growth in previous work history. We are looking for strong minded, driven individual to add value and grow this new market.

Position is salary + commission.
