Do you have the ability to run small to mid-sized architecture projects or teams- but haven’t been given the opportunity? Have you been stuck in a technical track or unable to advance into leadership?
This is a wonderful opportunity for a Project Architect or Project Manager that is passionate about design, detail-oriented, efficient, devoted to quality output, and wanting to lead small project teams on small and mid-sized projects. You should possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple project deadlines, have excellent communication skills, a thorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes and trends, a desire to mentor and manage teams, and the ability to nurture Client relationships.
Join an established design firm in the Minneapolis/St Paul metro with multiple offices, a healthy backlog and clients across the country, and a very strong outlook. Projects range from civic, liturgical, institutional, commercial, to recreational. This role can work through all project phases, manage projects, and take ownership over projects.
You will enjoy the work/life balance with flexible hours, work from home options, client parties, team parties, project site visits, and volunteering activities.
Successful candidates will have a degree in architecture, 10-20+ years of professional experience in architecture, a strong command of design software including AutoCAD and/or Revit, knowledge of how buildings and drawing sets go together, and ability to manage a small team. Licensure a plus but not required.
