What The Junior Structural Engineer Do:

Work on a variety of commercial building projects, including high-rise offices, retail centers, innovative mixed-use complexes, and much more. Each project offers unique challenges and learning opportunities.

Participate in the structural design and analysis of commercial buildings. Utilize state-of-the-art software and methodologies to ensure each structure is not only aesthetically pleasing but also structurally sound and efficient.

Assist in overseeing project sites, ensuring that construction aligns with design specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and clients to deliver exceptional results.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 0-4 years of experience in structural engineering, with an interest in commercial building design
• Familiarity with structural analysis software like SAP2000, ETABS, Revit
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Ability to approach complex structural challenges with innovative solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus
