OrIginally, I was looking for a full time position, but wasn’t having luck finding a good fit on my own. Sam at AEC Resources found a contract job, and although I was hesitant to take a short term position, he assured me there was no harm in taking the interview. It turned out perfect for me and I was offered a full time position with them. So far it’s the best company I have ever worked for! AEC Resources did a fantastic job, can't say enough good things about this group.  Would never have found my current employer if AEC had not connected us, and they made the whole job search smooth and enjoyable.  Their connections throughout the industry opened up even a better options than I was able to find on my own; and they worked hard to get the best salary and benefits they could for me, while still keeping my new employer happy throughout the hiring process.  They also provided lots of great insights into how best to interview and negotiate the new position.
