We are hiring an Architect for a brand-new opportunity! Now you can become part of an architecture team that does a wide variety of building projects across the country. In this role you will work in collaboration with engineering teams to develop designs and solutions for building envelopes on a wide range of project types throughout the country.

What You Will Do:

• Lead a small architecture team and help mentor younger professionals
• Become a subject matter expert exterior building enclosures
• Provide consulting services to clients for building envelope components

The office environment is casual. A dress code does not exist. Collaboration is at the heart of this tight-knit group of self-proclaimed architecture nerds. About You:

• Licensed Architect in Minnesota
• 7+ years of professional architecture experience
• Experience with the technical aspects of building exterior components
• An interest in building sciences and building envelopes
• Curtainwalls, waterproofing, masonry, stucco, water leaking experience a plus
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
