What You’ll Do:

In this role, you’ll be involved in leadership, client strategy, and project execution:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients to lead relationships and guide project vision
  • Drive business development efforts, including pursuits, interviews, and growth initiatives
  • Lead and mentor teams, foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Oversee projects from kickoff through completion to ensure success across budget, schedule, and scope
  • Partner with project managers to align staffing, performance, and delivery
  • Navigate contract discussions, change management, and overall project financial health
  • Keep projects moving forward with clarity, lead meetings, track milestones, and ensure quality outcomes

About You:

  • 10+ years of experience in the AEC industry
  • Proven success leading or managing K-12 or higher education projects
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build trust and grow relationships
  • Background in architecture (licensure a plus)
  • Business acumen and comfortable with strategy, resource planning, and financial oversight
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire teams and align stakeholders

Compensation:

  • $100,000 – $150,000 base salary (based on experience)
