What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll be involved in leadership, client strategy, and project execution:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients to lead relationships and guide project vision
- Drive business development efforts, including pursuits, interviews, and growth initiatives
- Lead and mentor teams, foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Oversee projects from kickoff through completion to ensure success across budget, schedule, and scope
- Partner with project managers to align staffing, performance, and delivery
- Navigate contract discussions, change management, and overall project financial health
- Keep projects moving forward with clarity, lead meetings, track milestones, and ensure quality outcomes
About You:
- 10+ years of experience in the AEC industry
- Proven success leading or managing K-12 or higher education projects
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build trust and grow relationships
- Background in architecture (licensure a plus)
- Business acumen and comfortable with strategy, resource planning, and financial oversight
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire teams and align stakeholders
Compensation:
- $100,000 – $150,000 base salary (based on experience)
