This position is ideal for an experienced Senior Technician or Job Captain who enjoys taking ownership of technical design, solving complex challenges, and coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Rather than simply following redlines, you’ll have the responsibility to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive projects through construction documentation, permitting, and construction.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead architectural model development and construction documentation using Revit
• Advance projects through design development, construction documents, permitting, and construction
• Independently identify technical design issues and implement practical solutions
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines
• Resolve design conflicts and maintain consistency across project documents
• Manage technical deliverables to meet project schedules and milestones
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers on complex, large-scale developments

About You:

• 6–10+ years of architectural design and documentation experience, no upper limit
• Revit proficiency across schematic design, design development, and construction documents
• Ability to develop and coordinate complete architectural drawing packages- SD, DD, CDs
• Understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and technical documentation
