What You’ll Be Doing

Your career will begin with recruiting and expand into the business development side of our organization.

Recruiting & Relationship Building

• Connect with architecture, engineering, and construction professionals to learn about their careers, interests, and goals
• Introduce candidates to opportunities that could meaningfully advance their careers
• Build relationships through phone conversations, networking, referrals, and professional outreach
• Work with candidates throughout the interview, offer, and hiring process

Sales & Account Management

As you develop your recruiting expertise, you’ll begin taking on additional responsibilities, including:

• Building relationships with hiring managers, business owners, and company leaders
• Identifying new business opportunities and introducing companies to our recruiting services
• Learning how to develop and manage client accounts
• Consulting with companies about their hiring challenges and talent needs
• Expanding existing relationships and helping grow the business
