Senior Electrical Engineer

We’re seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer oversee electrical design, guide project teams, and help build lasting client relationships. You’ll work on a variety of commercial, educational, municipal, and institutional projects while helping influence the direction and growth of the electrical engineering practice.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead electrical engineering design and project delivery for building projects
• Manage electrical project teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight
• Oversee project schedules, deliverables, quality, and client expectations
• Develop and maintain client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines throughout project execution

What We’re Looking For:
We’re interested in experienced electrical engineers who enjoy combining technical design with leadership, project management, and client interaction. Ideal experience includes:

• Approximately 10+ years of electrical engineering experience in building systems
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; EITs approaching licensure may be considered
• Experience leading engineering teams, projects, or technical design efforts
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering design and construction documentation
• Proficiency with Revit and familiarity with AutoCAD

• Base salary: $115,000 – $144,000 with flexibility based on experience
